SMS/text messaging program terms

The following terms apply to the BrightHarbor LLC text messaging program (the “Program”).

• Program description. When you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box on our contact form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from BrightHarbor LLC related to your property inquiry, including responses to your questions, cash offer updates, appointment scheduling, and related real estate services.
• Consent. Your consent is collected through an unchecked opt-in box on our contact form and is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. Consent is not required to do business with us.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
• Costs.Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. BrightHarbor does not charge for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.
• Opt out. You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a final confirmation message and will not send you further messages unless you opt back in. You may opt back in by replying START.
• Help. For help or more information, reply HELP to any message, call or text 817-270-9272, or email Chad@brightharborhomes.com.
• Supported carriers & delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
• Eligibility. You must be the account holder or have authorization for the mobile number you provide, be a resident of the United States, and be at least 18 years old.
• Privacy. Your mobile opt-in information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access it without authorization, or use it in any way that could harm BrightHarbor or others.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logos, and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to BrightHarbor LLC and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our permission.
